This is everything you want when you are doing an upgrade to your cooling system. It comes with our Heavy Duty, All-Aluminum Radiator for the 2003 - 2007 Ford F-Series 6.0L Diesel. No more plastic tanks or plastic hose connections. This package also includes the BulletProof Water Pump with an all-billet impeller that eliminates the problematic OE plastic impeller. The included mechanical Fan Clutch and Adapter are awesome at keeping up with the needed airflow these trucks crave. In order to provide a comprehensive cooling system service we also include an OE thermostat and degas bottle cap.

6.0l Aluminum radiator

I am installing the upgraded cooling system in my 2004 F250.
As always, Bullet Proof products are above and beyond in quality.
That is, until I open up the "made in Taiwan" radiator ! To the eye, the quality doesn't seem to match up to what we expect from BPD.
Not sure why Bullet Proof Diesel chooses to use an outsourced product like this aluminum radiator, instead of building a high quality product, as they do with so many of their products.
Hopefully, this radiator will live up to the BPD reputation.
It's getting installed today, so we'll see.

Almost worth the money kinda

Bough this kit in February of 2021 didnt have a chance to put it in until about April, then come to find out the radiator fittings for the cooler lines do not fit any model of a ford. Had a ford tech look at the old oringal fitting to the new and told me the radiator isnt even meant for a ford, the rest of this kit is worth it but dont waste your time on the radiator. Now i have to but a external cooler to be able to run the truck. Kind of a huge let down.
