Return Policy


Returns are generally accepted within 30 days of purchase.

  • Upon receipt of your order, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact customer service within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement.
    A Return Merchandise Authorization Form (RMA) number will be issued.
  • When requesting a refund the returned product will be inspected upon arrival. A refund less any shipping costs, restocking fees, damage to the product, or any signs that the product was installed - will be issued to the payment method used on the original transaction.
  • Any and all electrical components are NOT returnable.  This includes but is not limited to FICM Power Supply units, Complete FICM, fuel injectors, ScanGauge, or Edge products.
  • Return product within 10 days of receiving your RMA with RMA number on the outside of the returning package. Product returned without the RMA number on the outside returning package, or past 10 days deadline will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
