What type of shipping options do you offer?
We proudly ship our products with FedEx. You will be able to select the shipping option that fits you best at check-out. Please keep in mind that FedEx REQUIRES a signature when the package value exceeds $450. If this is going to pose a problem for you, please give us a call and we will do our best to find a solution.
What days does FedEx deliver?
Please keep in mind that FedEx Express (Priority Overnight | 2 Day | Express Saver) and FedEx Ground deliver Monday through Friday. FedEx Home delivers Tuesday through Saturday. Delivery days are in business days, weekends and holidays do not count. For example, overnight delivery for an order placed on Friday typically means Monday delivery. If you need a package on Saturday, then Saturday Delivery MAY be available in your area for an additional FedEx fee. If you need FedEx Saturday delivery, please call the 480-247-2331 before you order so that we can assist you.
Do you ship internationally?
We DO! We have shipped to England, Canada, Panama, Romania, Switzerland, Italy, Australia, Germany, Finland and Sweden. Our list of international clients is growing each week. Please contact us for rates and delivery options.
Please keep in mind that there may be taxes and/or duties due upon receipt with international shipments. These fees can vary throughout different political boundaries and are the customer's responsibility. In addition, due to the costs of shipping a package internationally, any returned or unclaimed package will not be eligible for a shipping fee refund.
How do I return my old EGR cooler to you?
Good question! For most domestic shipments, we include a pre-paid Fedex Return Label with each EGR cooler. All you have to do is put your old EGR cooler in the box, put the return label over the top of the original Fedex label and then give it back to the Fedex driver or location. We will track the package back to our shipping center and process your CORE refund quickly and easily.
What is the order cut-off time for getting my order out today?
We are based out of Arizona which does not observe daylight savings time. We don't need to; we have tons of sunlight already! That means that we are 3 hours behind the East Coast of the US Spring through Fall and 2 hours behind in the Winter months. Most orders will ship out the same day as long as they are placed before 2:30 p.m., Arizona Mountain Time. If you have questions about when your order will ship, please call us at 888-967-6653.
Where are you located and how long will it take to get here?
We are located in Arizona, in the southwestern US. FedEx Priority Overnight (next business day) and FedEx 2-Day (2 business days) Express Saver (3 business days) speak for themselves, so let's consider ground shipping times. Most of California, Nevada, Utah and New Mexico is 1 to 2 business days ground. Most places like Maine, Florida and Alaska are going to be more like 4 to 5 business days ground. All other locations tend to be 2 to 3 business days.
