Description

This Ford 6.0L HPOP filter screen fits directly underneath your engine oil cooler. The original version of this part has a plastic-mesh screen that filters out large debris and prevents it from getting to your high pressure oil pump (HPOP). The problem is that most of these screens are torn and/or missing... leaving your HPOP unprotected! This new version has a metal screen in place of the old plastic mesh screen and is easy to replace when doing your engine oil cooler.

Please Note: If you are already purchasing a Semi-Bulletproof Kit or a Stock Ford Engine Oil Cooler, the High Pressure Oil Pump Filter Screen is already included in those product packages.

Ford HPOP replacement Filter Screen

This stainless screen is much better than that plastic nylon crap that rots and clogs up the injectors and IPR that Navistar/International used as OEM! Need I sate more? Ford should be liable for every single failure! But Bullet Proof Diesel has answers and solutions that work!

service and quality

I think your service is very good but I think the design of the screen is not a strong as it should be and ford did not make the surface area large enough for the flow demand in cold weather starts, that being said the product is better than the earlier screens
