Description

This particular Bullet Proof Diesel EGR cooler is an upgrade direct replacement for the 2010-2022 6.7 Cummins, Ram Truck EGR coolers.

What makes the BulletProof EGR cooler so much better than the OEM conventional EGR cooler installed at the factory is its patented design featuring helical-core technology, including durable stainless-steel tubing that's more forgiving and tough at standing up to punishing heating and cooling cycles that can cause other coolers to rupture and fail. Seams and joints are TIG welded or vacuum brazed for extra strength and durability.

The Cummins/RAM 6.7L EGR Cooler from Bullet Proof Diesel features the latest, patented H-Core technology. This new interior tube design makes the internal structure more forgiving, and thus allows this EGR Cooler to survive through heating/cooling cycles as well as thermal events long after most EGR coolers fail.

6.7 Cummins EGR cooler

Great product! Well built unit. Working great so far. Only down side is that you have to buy the gasket kit separately. I wish it was just included in the price of cooler and came with it. Love the product though. I would definitely order the gasket kit here though. Through Dodge it’s about $250 in gaskets and O-rings.

Replacement & Upgrade

I was watching Dave's Auto on FB and the did a review on Bullet Proofs EGR Cooler. I liked what I saw and said when my EGRC goes bad I am getting one from Bullet Proof. We'll my wife and I drove a 1000 miles to our house in Florida from NJ and the last rest stop before our arrival I noticed steam coming from my exhaust. I immediately checked my anti freeze bottle and saw it was down about 2 Qrts. We made it to our house and I determined my EGRC was ruptured. Ordered a new one from Bullet Proof installed and drove back to NJ with no issues.Tganks Dave and thank you Bullet Proof.
