Do I have to pay sales tax?
  • Sales Tax
    In accordance with federal and state sales tax laws, we have proactively registered to collect and distribute taxes to the corresponding cities, counties and municipalities where we have been deemed to have a physical or economic nexus, specifically under recent Supreme Court rulings.   • Tax Exempt Customers (Resellers, Schools, Non-Profit, etc.)
    If your business or organization is tax exempt, we simply need to verify your exemption prior to removing taxes from your order. Please contact customer service if tax has been charged on a recent order and you believe you qualify to have your order or account setup with tax-exempt status. You will need to provide a copy of your Resale Certificate or proof of Tax Exemption rights, and the product and its use will need to qualify under applicable exemption rules. You can ask to speak to our accounting department directly for more information.
I have a question on my charges.

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

When will my credit appear on my account?

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
