Description

The semi BulletProof 6.0L package is a complete kit that allows you to upgrade your EGR cooler to a BulletProof EGR Cooler, replace the necessary gaskets, and replace your oil cooler with a brand-new OEM (stock) engine oil cooler.

This version has the SQUARE BulletProof EGR Cooler featuring our patented H-Core internal tubes.  This EGR cooler fits the 6.0L diesels in the later 2004 and newer model years.  Please see video below if you need help learning if you have the Round or Square style EGR cooler.

Both the Round and Square coolers have ARB exemptions.

The new OEM oil cooler comes with a new High Pressure Oil Pump Filter Screen.

EGR cooler and oil cooler

You guys did an amazing job packaging everything I needed for this job to get done and get me back on the road. I also two years ago replaced the EGR cooler with a bulletproof and when I took it to the dealer, they told me I needed a new one which, when I had my own mechanic open it up and look at it. The bulletproof one was still good And basically it was the original oil cooler that went bad. I did replace the EGR cooler anyway since we were in there, but the old one is still good so just wanted to let you know that it is in perfect shape. Just wanted to thank you guys for the good product and the good package. All the gaskets everything was perfect. Will definitely tell everybody about you guys Keith Mestas

Great Service, Great products.

I’m up in Canada, and ordered online. I gave a quick call to make sure I had everything correct, they were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and got me all sorted out. After I submitted the order online, they notice I had doubled up on a couple items, they gave me a call back to make sure the order was correct. It was, but nice to know they pay attention.

It was shipped out that day, and a couple days later it arrived, packaged well, and no issues. I’d almost forgotten what it was like to deal with a group of professionals who know what they’re doing.

Great kit

Just finished the install which also include a complete set of injectors. BPD is very good at calling you if you reach out. I had a question about the delivery address and was called right away. Only issue I had with the kit was manifold kit from Ford had the wrong EGR o-ring. I could not figure out where it was supposed to go, so I reached out to BPD and talked to someone about it. When I told him it was too big for that location, I felt he thought I was crazy, so I sent a picture. He called back and agreed it was incorrect. No fault of BPD in my opinion, appeared to be a Ford kit. All in all I am happy with the end result. My deltas went from 30+ to 5. Hopefully I am good for another 250k.
