This heavy-duty BulletProof Oil Cooler for your 2011-2019 Ford 6.7 diesel upgrades the HC3Z6A642A. This oil cooler is larger than the OEM, allowing for more cooling capacity during heavy engine loads. Look at the picture and see the difference for yourself! Includes gaskets, too!!

6.7 powerstroke oil cooler

Called to make sure was in stock and the gentleman told me if I ordered it now he would ship out same day and he kept his word on that received next day. Was easier for me to drain coolant rather than try to clamp lines that I couldn’t get to very good. Very well made, easy install and noticed a 10-15 degree decrease on average and temp comes back down very fast after pulling my 40’ toyhauler up a hill. Well worth the buy. Thanks guys

OIL COOLER & PAN UPGRADE

The oil cooler is top-shelf, easy install. A true upgrade over FoMoCo factory install. Of note, there is no interior bolt on the bullet proof cooler... not needed, and can't help but think bolt Ford installed contributes to leaking due to expansion and contraction in cold weather. Make the upgrade... my temps are running 20 degrees cooler at same rpms now.

Gave 4-stars b/c the steel oil pan very much needs a gasket. I installed using RTV only and it kept leaking. That said, might be operator error... not getting correct torque on bolts, or not tightening in star pattern. Got the gasket, dumped $80 worth of Rotella, and reinstalled with gasket and RTV... no leaks.
High-quality products... maybe only as good as the mechanic, but I would encourage Bullet Proof to consider the average customer... not the guy with a shop in his garage.
