Description

This is an OEM/Factory direct replacement of the Ford Power Stroke Diesel engine oil cooler. Includes the gaskets required to remove and reuse the cover from the old engine oil cooler to this new cooler. Comes with all the gaskets shown.

Warranty Note: this package includes a STOCK FORD OEM oil cooler. This part has a high failure rate (including new in-the-box parts) and therefore is covered by the Ford parts-only warranty. I installed it a little over 3 months ago it worked great then towing my 26ft toy hauler with just 2 quads in it my delta hit 25 to 30 .my coolant never got over 200 and oil was hitting 230 when I got to my destination I poped the hood and oil was leaking out of the oil cooler. I purchased the whole kit with upgraded egr .for the price I payed I shouldn't have to worry about it breaking down like this after just a few months, now i have to tear my truck apart again and it's not a fun job.

Glad I could get my hands on a USA made stock oil cooler. I think with proper maintenance and flushing this unit is sufficient.

Product was as described and arrived earlier than predicted. Only thing I could suggest would to include o-rings for water portion of intake as well as o-ring for heater core tube due to it has to be removed to do the job. May not hurt to include turbo feed line seals as well as drain tube seals. It would make life of the installer so much easier knowing 100% of everything needed will be included
