Customer Service that matters!!!!!

I have purchased basically everything BPD makes for the 6.0L. With a fully built from ground up 6.0L, ceramic, ported,there's been nothing left undone. In 2013 I replaced the oil cooler, and this year the Parker hoses started leaking through. It was a bad oil leak. BPD (Andrew Presley) got the hoses out to me in a day and everything was under warrantee. Thank you so much for great products and great customer service. My BPD purchases have always been a good thing. Thanks so much.

Dear bullet proof, Your customer service is top notch. Your promptness to be specific help get my truck back to work. The hoses were replaced, the only thing I see is maybe softners need to be added in the kit to prevent chaffing. The hoses on my 6.0 were routed in the most practical direction based on their lengths which introduces the hoses to chaffing. Thanks Bullet Proof
