Description

BulletProof H-Core EGR coolers are made with the patented H-Core Helical Core Technology. These Maxxforce EGR coolers are designed with strong, helically wound tubes at their core, allowing the tubes to bend and yield where tradition designs rupture and fail.
This kit has all that you require to upgrade and install the BulletProofDiesel Maxxforce 9 and 10 Hot and Cold EGR Coolers. This kit includes:

  • Hot Side EGR Cooler - The largest EGR cooler that measures 330 mm.

  • Cold Side EGR Cooler - The shorter EGR cooler that measures 260 mm.

  • Misc EGR Gaskets - The gaskets that complete the job and make the right seals.

ordered this set for a 2010 maxxforce 10 . these are well built and fit like new. came with everything needed to replace coolers. if you are shopping around ( like i did) this set came $1000 less than from navistar which at least one was reman, and $1000 more than internet remans that are only warrantied for one year. not worth the risk to losing a motor , or at least replacing again. i feel these are the last set this motor will ever see. great product and great company. ed, columbia power
