Due to the variation in the EGR cooler flanges, it may be necessary to drill out the holes in the Intake Manifold. Use up to a 5/16 inch diameter drill if needed.
Please make sure that all parts fit together before tightening the Intake Manifold. Make sure that there is sufficient clearance all along with the EGR Cooler.
